CELL C promoting services IT SUCKS!!!

i phoned the call centre and I app**** for a data contract. I got approved and they send me the package on the 09/09/2015 on the 12/09/2015 I phoned and told them that they send me the wrong wi fi rooter I received a ****le, then after waiting for two weeks I phoned again and after speaking to A LOT OF PEOPLE I came to speak to Anelisa Maglingozi and she gave me a Ref. no: *** then she told me that I need to cancel the original contract so I then spoke to Chillie and she gave me a ref. no: ***. Then *****ba phoned me and she said to me that the new application has been declined but it was wrong because I only need the device and not apply for a new contract and she gave me a reF. no: SPI ***. I have been contacting Cell C everyday and speking to Maria, Nontebego, Matt, Mswaki, Pomsela so who else do I need to speak to, to get this sorted. I am getting sick and tired of licking BUD!!! To get this sorted. If this is not getting sorted I will make it my mission to let every person not in South Africa but the whole world know that Cell C is not practising what they are preacing. I need service NOW!!!
