Cell C promises to call back but do not

Cell C rep**** to my complaint via Hellopeter after all other channels failed - they send an email to say they will call me. They called once left a message saying they will call back - that was a week ago. Follow up emails to Cell C Social Media Team (Initials TM) is not responded to
