Cell C promises of support on Hello Peter are not followed through
This is a seperate review from https://www.hellopeter.com/cell-c/reviews/continued-billing-on-cancelled-account- ********** since it pertains to the support promised but not provided directly on this forum. If you refer the above query, despite promises on this platform CellC have still failed to respond.

10 May 2019, 04:35No it wasn't. That is what you said on this platform, despite my claims to the contrary. No one called, the account still has not been resolved and billing was attempted again this month.

15 May 2019, 18:17This forum seems to flag this as a responded issue despite my continued comments about the fact that they haven't adequetly responded. No one has bothered to contact me, my emails are ignored, and yet this is seemed an acceptable response because the business said something (even if it's bogus and a lie)....
Cell C have less than 24 hours to respond on the 14 day deadline on previous complaint before the legal boffins get involved. Yet even responses on this forum are dead... 24 hours left before we all have to waste our time in court to prove that Cell C have done nothing and they owe me a small bit of money back... 1 hour in Lawyer fees will cost them more than what they owe me, not practical at all.
