Cell C Promises but doesnt DELIVER

I was contacted in Mid April with regards to upgrade my Cell C contract , I agreed as the deal offered a relatively OK phone , as the contract and phone is for my mother , after waiting and personally contacting cell c , I never received the phone , I phoned and complained and asked for FEEDBACK from several managers Thegan , Thabo and several consultants. Most of the time when wanting to talk to a manager , they are too busy to attend my calls , case in point today again , IT'S extremely shocking that CELL C treats their customers in such a poor manner The following in short is my experience 1) Offer a upgraded - change it in the system and never actually send anything 2) When contacted they promise a client feedback ( both as a consultant and MANAGER Tegan and Thabo ) but never actually have the courtesy to phone back as promised 3) I after 2 months am now fed up and want to cancel ALL my contracts including the DATA line ( I am past the original 12 month agreement ) but I get told although I have 1 statement I have to go to various departments 4) Since Jan this year a new payment for a sim card I never signed up for has started to be deducted off my account ( Again I asked it to be cancelled mid April - and Again NOTHING has been DONE by CELL C ) although promises are made - NOTE THAT ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS I HAVE ASKED FOR TELEPHONE RECORDS to be accessed to verify my conversations

I just want to cancel everything with CELL C as the service has been utterly shocking
