CELL C PROMISED FIBRE BANDWITH IS A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!

i pay for a download speed of 20Mbps. last night fro 8h00 onwards i was getting a magnificent 4.5 Mbps. this is not the first time you have started to choke my download speed and bandwidth. thankfully my 12 month contact with you is nearly over so i can move to an honest and reliable supplier.
