Cell C Promenade Mall

I was at Cell C in Promenade mall on the 20 December to upgrade, the man that helped me with my upgrade gave the box to me sealed, he didn't check it, I won't mention he's name, then I went home set it up, and then noticed a problem with the screens lights, I sent him a message , next day he rep**** to say that he spoke to someone and that it's normal, then I contacted Huawei rep and asked if it's normal, the rep said no not at all for a brand new laptop, I went back to cell c a few days later, as I was working, and I spoke to Natheerah and the store manager, I just have to mention her, but I don't know the store managers name, Natheera went out of her way over and beyond to assist me, she sent the laptop away for OBF assessment, yesterday I got my replacement. I was so thankfull to Natheerah and the store manager of cell c promenade mall, as the service she gave was so awesome, helpful and not dismissing what I saw the n the laptops screen. The man that first helped me I feel that he dismissed my concern about the laptops screen, and it's a lot of money to pay every month for a new damaged items, he didn't even go out of he's way to help me over the screen that was faulty.

THANK YOU SO SO MUCH NATHEERAH AND STORE MANAGER FOR ALL YOUR AWESOME HELP !!!!!!!!! You two made my experience so good, and for that I thank the both of you. Stay the amazing consultants that use are.. If there was only a MILLION clones of use.
