cell c product shop ****

I am very dissapointed in Cell C i am having a contract with them and it is not my first but all of a sudden you get people phoning offering you some benefits that they want to give you and i am not the only one in my office 2 other ladies also complain about the issue .They make you agree to things but not sending you anything i remember someone calling me somewhere in april to talk about this products i specifically asked them to email everything to me or sms it before i can agree she never did that now this month after almost two months they deduct a extra money from me without me knowing for what it is.The worst part they also deduct it together with your cell c contract money which makes it difficult to dispute it at the bank.I want to cancel it they say it takes 30 days for cancelation and which means that they will deduct again this month from my account for services that i dont know anything about and i wont get a refund it is totally unacceptable you are ****** cell c and you gonna loose customers if you carry on like that.........******
