Cell C processes 2 debit order in sucession whilst account is up to date

Cell C is trying to make money from failed debit orders. On my account they activated a debit order of R598.01 on : 05 November 2021 successful 11 November 2021 successful 30 November 2021 successful And then twice on 04 December 2021 both unsucessful... Claiming R70 for each failure Well .. if they don't refund me the R140 on my account they trying to ***** from me they can write off the rest of my contract. My point: They retrieved 3 payments in November 2021 and my account was up to date by end november, why processing another debit order payment on 4 december (twice)??? And adding 2 x R70 for failed debut order? The debit order on 04 december was ******* and why trying twice? I mean if it failed the first time, why will it go try again? If there were no funds on the 4th of december , why processing a second time..? And after the 3rd successful debit order in November, my account was uo to date because now my statement shows due for 31 December 2021 is my payment of R598.01 plus R140 of penalties that the generated with 2 ********l debit orders on 04 December 2021 Cell C... You will not get away with this..
