Cell C problems again

On the 07/11/2015 I went to the Cell C store to hand in death certificate for the account holders passing which happens to be my dad ( for the people reading this first time) I had asked them to please leave the number on prepaid as it is my moms phone. Well,weeks later the phone was blocked after calling for 2 days, the 17/11/2015 and 18/11/2015 will as late as 6.30pm I got absolutely no where other than wasting my time. I tried all I could, and decided to write a report on here dated 18/11/2015 where a response came through saying Patrick will give me a call, which he did and advised to pay money to sort it all out which I did and emailed him proof of payment I asked for an email to state that the phone was on prepaid to which I got NO RESPONSE. So now, new month and to my disgust the phone has been blocked again. I have spent all morning trying to call Patrick on the number he gave me and it does not exist. So who ever reads this again, kindly get Patrick to give me a call please! And I hope this will NOT HAPPEN AGAIN!
