Cell c problem

Hello,

December I went to Cell C in Klerksdorp.I asked the person there to stop my debit order because I wanted to pay with EFT. He said that he has done that.

For March 2020 the 11th I paid R281.05 for my contract now they have suspended my account because according to them I didn't pay. On my bank statement I have proof that I have paid for the month March 2020.

I contacted customer care on 08April 2020 16:00 and some lady named Andile answer the phone. I talked to her and stated my problem. She said because the debit order didn't went off for February month there is a penalty. So the conclusion is that no one did their job to stop the debit order like I asked, now I must pay for your mistakes.WHY??

Every month there is a problem with Cell C that they put off my phone because there is a problem but when I call customer care they say there is no problem then they switch it on again. This is a big problem for me and as soon as this contract ends I will look for other cellphone services that is helpful and without problems.

When I called customer service Andile answered I gave her my problem that I have but wasn't helpful and kept laughing at me while I was talking to her.
