CELL C PRESCRIBED ACCOUNT

CELL C IS RUINING MY CREDIT SCORE,MY BALANCE IS R319.00 AS I CHECK...BUT WHEN I CALL THEM I DONT GET ANY HELP.YOUR CONSULTANT ARE *********** THEY ARE EVN RUDE.

I CANT BUY ANYTHING ON CREDIT BECAUSE OF THIS DEBT,WHICH IS ALREADY PRESCRIBED.I WILL REPORT THIS TO THE OMBUDSMAN AS WELL.

I just received a call now,but I am not happy with the service that I have received from your agent.My prescribed account shows a balance of R319 then she is now telling me of a balance of R2745.00 which I need to pay😡😡😡😡😡😡,WHAT THE **** IS GOING ON?

I AM REPORTING THIS TO MY LAWYER I CANT PAY FOR SUCH A PRESCRIBED WRITTEN OFF ACCOUNT.EVEN YOUR BALANCES ARE NOT TYE SAME

I am still disputing all that,how come your balance,mine on debt busters clear score and transunion differs?EVEN YOU DAMN SO CALLED SSDA?

I am not liable to pay that huge amount.

As per feedback from our Team, you have been contacted and advised as per below:

  • Contacted the customer on number ***
  • Customer advised that she will only make payment of what is  owed on her credit profile not the amount she was handed over for.
  • Advised customer that the account has been handed over to SSDA and she needs confirm the balance with SSDA
  • Customer advised that she will not call them.
  • Case closed
