Cell-C Prepaid incompetence

Cell-C *********** call-center staff and non-functioning App and Website. Awesome customer service once again. All I need is an invoice for the PrePaid Data bundle I purchased on the App. The app does not give me the invoice even though I press the "get invoice" button. The same does not work on the website even though I see my transaction history. The call-center agent tells me I can only get this from the App. Not listening that I said its not working!
