Cell C prematurely debits account

I have a set Cell C debit order date.The last few months they always deduct the amount earlier than the set date,which is the 1st of every month. This month they deducted the amount today (26 of March),which is again earlier than the agreed date,but I withdrew all the money in that account earlier,since no debit orders will go off till at least the 30th of March.Therefore when Cell C again deducted the money prematurely,there was no money.It seems that Cell C realised their fault and paid the money back,but now I incurred banking costs of R60 for for a debit order failing to go through.Will Cell C pay back the banking fees as well,since they prematurely debited the amount?? PS.This happened only 2months after some person **********ly did a sim swop on my account with Rica documents that is 6 years old....still awaiting feedback on that incident as well!
