Cell C power services

I have a contract with cell c that I'm not happy about.my monthly premium is supposed to be 329+109 of my insurance but that is not so every time I must pay more than what I signed for and it's not the same amount always sometimes I pay 570,526,502.when I go to cell c store they say I took my assist and I never signed for my assist when they call my assist the number doesn't exist then they said I need to call the my self this is my assist number Dear Valued Customer

Kind Regards Cell C.on June I call the number no answer cell c gave me their email address I sent an email the responded told me that it takes three months for it to cancel it was supposed to be canceled by September but no it didn't when I ask for their offices they have none.this the email Dear Valued customer.
