Cell C postpone upgrade

Following on from my last complaint: [URL Removed]<br> <br> Now, Cell C are offering me a 'Pinnacle 3' contract with a FREE iPhone 6 (16GB), worth R9999, for R999 pm - that's a contract worth R24000! I've always used a Windows phone, but there is no Windows phone with this offer ... and I really want the Microsoft 950. But to get the Microsoft 950 with the same Pinnacle 3 contract, Cell C want to charge me R13680 MORE, for a phone I can get from Takealot, for only R9999! ... a total contract value of R37656!<br> <br> This is more of an observation than anything ... Are Cell C really trying to tell us the MS 950 is worth R13680 MORE than an iPhone 6? So, my complaint is: why is Cell C trying to fool people into this deal? ... nobody in their right mind would even consider it.<br> <br> So, I think ... it's a hassle but I could take this iPhone upgrade and sell the phone (should get R6500) and buy the MS 950. But the sales person tells me the contract will only become effective on the renewal date in July!!! WHAT? ... I'm offering to pay R999 pm from TODAY... and you don't want my money till July?<br> <br> Watch this space ... next complaint coming in 5 days!
