Cell c post paid ****py service

<p>I had a contract phone Hauwei P8 lite which i was paying R169 per month then i got ****** and called customer service to blacklist and suspend my line I was told it has been done.I then went to Jabulani mall to claim for insurance, i then called cell c to ask for next installment on my account i was told that its R5500 I asked how they told me someone was using my number to purchase data, i said i will not pay that money because i requested myline to be suspended they said they would give me feedback after investigation they never did now they have handed my account over with R9000 balance to pay!</p>
