Cell C Porting
I have spent the last FOUR DAYS attempting to port a number from Cell C to a new network. When I request the port, Cell C sends an SMS asking for a OTP to be confirmed. When I reply with the OTP, there is no response. A few hours later, Cell C sends a message stating that there is no reply and rejects the port out. I have contacted the porting department, sent emails, supposedly they haven’t even RECEIVED my emails. I have bought SMSs and airtime just to try and resolve this, and absolutely nothing. No help. I am so done with this company, it’s always the same thing. IS this Cell C's way to force you to remain on their network?
