Cell C poorest service ever

Good day. I am thoroughly over this now. I have been waiting for 2 months for cell c to refund me for a contract that never existed thanks to someone that did not do their job. They have the audacity to phone almost daily for me to upgrade, but that is where it ends. I have received no communication regarding my refund despite them insisting they have communicated with me. My only option left is to seek legal advice and sorry to say my attorney is not a very nice guy if you're in the wrong.
