Cell C- Poor service , waiting 6 months already.

<p>I called about 20 times and no one is fixing anything. How many times must I call before cell c gives me the service that I deserve? ??????????? Already 6months and no one is doing anything to fix this. </p> <p>Firstly I already complained about a phone that is no longer on my contract but cell c is still taking money for that phone. They stoped for few months but now they are taking it again. Fix it!!!!!!!!!! </p> <p>I have 4 phones on my contract and I pay for them every month but its never enough. Cell c switch off the phones then they say there is still money that needs to be paid. When the phones are paid the switch it on for about 2 weeks then they switch it off again. So im loosing all the data and everything everytime. When I call they dont see the problem. Cell c is taking money every months that they should not be taking. I want cell c to pay back all the money that they thought they can take just because they want to and fix this probleme. Taking all the money but still switching all the phones off, how does that work???????????????</p> <p>Make it right I dont have the time to call every month to ask for someone to do their job. Figure this out and fix it. </p> <p>Whoever is going to fix this must be one of the bests at cell c, dont wast my time. Cell c already wasted 6months of my time. Hope you will respond very quickly and fix this very quickly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! </p> <p>Maybe it will be best if I just cancel all contracts because cell c is a wast of time and money! </p> <p> </p>
