Cell C - Poor service / no settlement letter.

I finished paying Cell C contract in 2021. they even send me statements showing zero balance but on my credit report it shows that I'm in arrears with their account. I have emailed and phoned Cell C customer services a number o f times but they couldn't help me with a settlement letter. Very irritated with the service I'm getting from cell C after being their loyal customer for years .
