Cell C poor service Ilanga Mall

Ilanga Mall Nelspruit. I did send in my cell to repair.... 1st I asked if the phone was under warentee, i was told yes. Then i submited my insurance claim due to time delay. I did settel the cell phone on repair. I communicate on email with the store, i got my settelment from the store Themba. And after almost 2 months I got the phone back... i a worst condition. My accont was not setteled and Themba promised me on 2 visits he will sort it out. I phoned in to cust complaints, to hear that Themba combined all my contracts and i new nothing. Why did they give me a settelment and not tell me about the conbine accounts? How do they cancel a already working contract an create new ones... i was forced to take a new contract due to cell c taking almost 2 months with my phone whitch is still at home not working... I paid over R20 000 for a broken phone and Cell C vant even sodt out my account. all I want is my account setteled and my phone sorted out. I have emails to proof but no one at Cell C cares... i must now pay for a broken cell and lost all my money... can anyone help me please
