Cell C Poor Service

I am extremely disappointed with Cell C. For the past two months my phone has been saying No Service, I have called Cell C numerous times to find out what was happening. I was then told that was number was permanently disconnected and I was not made aware of that until I called you guys.

I am using the number for important stuff now I can't access my SMS or anything because I am still waiting for your legal team to contact me. till today they haven't done so.

This is very frustrating because I am missing out on very important things
