Cell C Poor service

On the 25th of Oct 2022, I visited a Cell C branch in Mossel Bay to be specific at the Mossel Bay Mall. As I entered the premises, no one came to greet and to ask whether I need assistance. When I spoke to a consultant to ask him about cutting my sim card because I bought a new cellphone and the current cell c sim cardis not fitting. This guy told me to do a sim swop for what reason I don't know. I personally feel if you didn't understand what I was asking, tell me. If you didn't have the tools to assist me, tell me. After that poor service and total misunderstanding I went to one of the other telephone shops/pakistan shops and in no time they've cut my sim and sorted me out and I have no network problems.

There is no pill/ cure for stupidity, I've learned that on the 25th of October 2022. And send your consultants on training they need it.
