Cell C - poor service - false information

Absolute worst service I have ever received, I have had nothing but problems with cell c from the moment I opened up a contract with them! my most recent being the fact that I have been trying to migrate a contract for the last 3 weeks !!!! I have been sent from department to department,told not to worry, been told incorrect pricing, told to wait and at the end now they want to charge even me an exceptional amount of money money every month when I was told on many occasions that I will be paying the advertised price!! I have had nothing but issues !! I have never experienced such poor quality service .
