Cell C poor service

Cell C Customer Service Staff does not have a clue what Customer Service is. They are arrogant individuals that just dont render a service to loyal customer of Cell C. I call them and they dont help you. And when you raise your concerns, they hang up the phone. Asked for the Management to call but still waiting. They debited my account twice and now no one can explain why.
