cell c poor service delivery

i signed up with cell c about two years ago and i have very poor service on the internet from day one i have repeated complained to my service provider to no avail when i phone the call center i am sent from pillar to post promises are made and are not kept when asked to be put to a supervisor or manager i am given the same run around . after many phone calls and many frustrating time on phone i decided to go to a branch at the pavilion in westville the store manager mr avishkar very helpful gentleman also tried to be of assistance to me but he also could not resolve my problem i have now come to a decision to cancel my contract the bottom line i will never take a contract with cell c.they simply don't care about customer s problems or needs
