CELL C Poor Service Delivery
Worst service ever. Please stay away from Cell C, we have been a customer for years, but when we changed our bank account, the problems started, now our account has been suspended even though we have paid for it, and emailed proof of payments, Contactes customer care, SM, proof of payment, with no assistance why so ever. No that we want to cancel the contracts we have no assistance. Very very poor service delivery

18 Aug 2021, 04:06Hi we are still waiting on this to get resolved does it take two weeks for cell c to find funds that were paid to them, we even emailed the proof of payments to them, we are still waiting on someone to contact us, it's really starting to show the poor service delivery.
