Cell C poor service delivery

Very poor service, I paid the amount was owing them via the contract which I ended and now thy keep telling me im owing. Thy took remaining money via nudebt collectors and thy put my credit value as bad and now I cant get bond house because of them not wanting to update my previous account with them which is fully paid. Please help me coz my family really need the house but can’t get it because of cell c with poor service.
