Cell C poor service

I had two contracts with Cell c and the other one I finished paying it sometime in 2020 if not 2021 and I have been asking for a paid up letter so that I will remove the account on my bureau since they haven’t removed it as yet they have been giving me a run around from February till todate I have not received it.

2nd Incident my 2nd account was handed over and I spent the whole day trying to get the name of the company they sold my account to, they said it’s Shapero shaik and when I called them they said my account is not with them, they then transferred me to Nimble group still there was no help, I became impatient they then discovered later that the account is still with them I must through them, their service was not good and I was not happy at all, Im still waiting for my paid up letters
