Cell c poor service

So here I am again writing a review to a company who has been taking me for a FOOL all this time!. I wrote my first review mid January 2023, you did nothing to sort out my query, you are still debiting me twice!! I paid you for January on the 3rd and sent you multiple proof of payments which you refuse to accept, nor do you want to trace the payment with the reference number that YOU gave me!. I have been calling you numerous times to have this matter resolved, but every time you do absolutely NOTHING! not once did you give me a case number that you're working on it. then your collections team has the audacity to call me for missing payments! when they don't even respond to the emails I have sent to them. I refuse to make another eft payment for the month of February if you can't even trace a payment for January then you debit me double every time but you doing nothing to help me. I visited your store on 4th February 2023 only then I received a reference number for a payment allocation. But you "reassured" me that you're going to sort it out, but NO ONE from you team called with feedback ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING!!! You are so useless when it comes to assisting your customers, why are you in the position if you do nothing? STOP making EMPTY promises when you can't do your job!!!
