CELL C POOR SERVICE AT LEGAL DEPARTMENT DO THEY REALLY HAVE A LEGAL DEPARTMENT

The cell c legal department is the worst department ever. I paid all my contracts and converted them to prepaid but on my credit score the account still appear open.I called cell c they put me on hold with the legal department for an hour and then they said they will clear it in 14 days that was in March still no clearance on my score even now and I'm having issues with my credit scores due to the open account. Until My issue is Fixed I will keep on posting.
