Cell c poor service and lies

<p>Cellc is a ****.. I did my upgrade with a lady from head office ; received my reference email etc. </p> <p> </p> <p>The next day the upgrade centre calls and says I need to do my upgrade !! I explained I have already upgraded and waiting for delivery of the phone .</p> <p>The lady begins to get rude and says it was her upgrade to do... I explained and asked for the manager .. The manager answered the phone as if she's sleeping .. she was ruDe and told me that I must go to hell . She saying I won't get my phone!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Is this what to expect from cellc??</p> <p>I'm going to cancel my contract because who did my upgrade the day before then ??? </p> <p>I'm not sure if they fighting for sales and commission or they just full of shut! !!</p>
