Cell C Poor Service and Failure to respond to Customer Service Logged Call
Cell C still deducted money from my bank account after I submitted proof of payment to them. I repeatedly requested assistance from Customer Service with no success.

26 Oct 2019, 10:28Cell C still has not resolved my matter. I have now published a new review. I am beyond frustrated and feel that I have been ****** from, I want my money back that was taken from my account twice because of Cell C!!!!! I have been a customer for more than 10 years and I am so disgusted with the service I have received that I will not be renewing my account, and will NEVER refer another person to cell c again!!!!
