CELL C poor service

CELL C Advertise the online upfront Pinnacle Packages watch out for this , in fact they say its a contract but you pay monthly in advance for the benefit with your credit card as stated in their terms and conditions once defaulted on payment , the package will revert to a top up prepaid package , that never happened and the supscription accumulated over two years which amount to R11.000 they keep insisting the benefit was used by me but the sim cards was blocked for all that time , because of this my credit profile was impacted negatively , they just do care i tried many times to have this resolved without any luck were to now
