Cell C poor service

To make a long story short. Last year I went with my Mother to the Cell C branch to stop 3 contracts. We paid the outstanding amounts. January I've received a phone call from an attorney company and we're told that my Mom was handed over for a cell c account. As I thought it was a **** I've ignored them. They kept on calling me asking for my Mom and I've done some research and found that my Mom was handed over. After allot of calls and mails my Mom decided that she will pay the outstanding balance. I've send a letter of attorney to negotiate with the attorneys on my Mom's behalf and the full amount was paid with proof of payment send to the attorney. This week I've received almost 12 calls from cell C asking to talk to my Mom, as I already sent a letter of attorney to do all the correspondence on behalf of my Mom. This I explained the situation to them as some of the cell c consultants were rude and had no manners, they even put the phone down while I was busy explaining the situation. Cell C this is very unprofessional and rude!!!!! I humbly request that your members not to phone me again and talk to the attorney directly.
