Cell C poor service.
Cell C has gone from a 5 star company to a zero star over the past 2 years. I’m highly disappointed. Their telesales agents are Quick to call and waste your time with special offers on new phone contracts. And when you apply and get approval. Over their so so-called summer promotion. Then get told there is no stock. But I will get the phone in new year along with Samsung cash back promotion. So I wait patiently. Then You get a call today from another sales agent trying to sell me another contract and I mention I have already app**** December. She checked the system and said my application was denied as I never gave correct bank details. This is after confirming twice and getting approval. I also have a existing contract with them with same bank details. She said she would investigate ans call me back on 5 min. That was 5 hours ago
Do not take a contract with cell c. You wearing your time and money.
The fact that someone dropped the ball and now the deal is not avail they have no option but to lie.
