Cell C Poor Service

I have been having non-stop network issues in Bluewater bay Port Elizabeth for months now. Trying to phone the call centre is a nightmare as they are not there to assist at all, but rather kill you with stupid questions and interrupting the whole time instead of resolving the issue at hand. I have been with Cell C right from the start but these days the whole network and call centre has gone down the tube. I am disgusted at the poor service
