Cell C Poor Service

<p>My debit order payment didn't go through for the month of May so I made an EFT tranfer on my ABSA account; hoping that cell C will open my line upon payment but nothing happened my line was still suspended. After two weeks I made a call to check why my line is still suspended and only then they told me they can't pick up my payment. </p> <p> </p> <p>After sending all supporting documents or proof of payments they opened my line on the 24th of June and an sms was send confirming my payment. Now on the 28th June they then debited my account with the same amount I paid via EFT and on top of that they charged me extra, when calling to find out what's going on a Lady by the name of Lindiwe at that contact center told they couldn't pick up my payment and yet a confirmation SMS of payment was send to me. </p> <p> </p> <p>She then adviced that there's nothing further she can do to assist me on her side and she'll escalate the matter. Up till today nothing has happened. Does this mean Cell C has ripped me off just like that and I can't get anyone to fix the problem. </p> <p>I'm so frustrated !</p>
