Cell C poor service

My account was debited twice for my monthly payment, Cell C did send me an sms stating that they are aware of it and that I will be refunded tomorrow morning witch is today as I received the sms yesterday...it is now almost 16:00 and still no refund, I did phone them a few minutes ago, they said I will be refunded but can not give a timeframe?? the sms clearly stated by this morning... BAD BAD SERVICE...
