Cell C Poor Service

Cell C promised that we would be contacted, but we are still waiting on them. I wish I could end this contract already. It's a Month to month contract, but apparently we cannot cancel, else we have to pay cancelation fees. We'll there w u have it. I really want to join another service provider. Need to know my tights so I can cancel this contract and take out from another service provider
