Cell c poor service

Till now I haven't being assisted by Cell c fixing or correcting my account I just received a statement with an amount that is more than the amount I suppose to pay and as per wrong amount charged last months I paid an amount of R1352 due to all my requests at the customer service not beind assisted telling that they escalated my queries I went to the store and requested the amounts I was supposed to pay they gave me the amount of R467.88 which I paid that amount I even complained about the amount still I was not helped I called again and spoken to an agent called Siphokazi Daju. The Agent I spoke with told me the amount I should pay is R865.98 but how come I'm paying this amount she said in May I didn't pay and in May I paid R1352 that was total amount given at the store when I went to pay last months. At Cell c they don't help people because they want to ***** our money. I'm not working I requested a debit to be changed it was not changed now I requested it to be cancelled they send me to pillar to post saying go to the store when I'm at the store they told me to call customer service I'm fed up with Cell c. I'm sending the proof of payments to the email I got from the agent Siphokazi Daju which is *** still I will not get the help I'm requesting. The last I reported this on hello petter they called we answered the call they went on mute and send an email by Moses Mo***eng saying that they couldn't get me when they called. Cell c is buzzing not calling people. Please help me resolve my account query and give back the money ****** by Cell c that a request that cell c must pay my money back
