Cell C poor service

So despite my account having a nil amount owing Cell C suspends my account. They phone me on Friday and acknowledge that it is wrong and tell me they are reinstating my service immediately. It is still not done and I have no service. Thank you Cell C. P.s. please dont send me emails requesting to rate your service. Your service sucks. After 15 years of being your loyal customer you will not be having me as customer when my contract ends.
