Cell C Poor Service

Cell C does not take its Customer Serious, I bought a Z Flip in December 2021, Now January the Phone Screen Protector is Pilling Off, I report the Phone I am told it will take 2 weeks to collect the phone for repairs and another 2 weeks to get it Fix. that is a whole month without a Phone

I ask about the 1 Year Warranty I am told it does not cover
