CELL C POOR SERVICE
I have a data plan with Cell C that I wanna settle through payment helping me now I requested a settlement letter from Cell with a proof of account for the bank details they written on the settlement letter and they are failing to do that now I will be stuck with a debt that I wanted to settle and move on with life I want the proof of account Cell C as in yesterday you are delaying the process with your unprofessional consultants that don't even know what's the proof of account is
Provide me with the bank details confirmation asap

06 May 2026, 14:55How do one know that the banking details are official hence we looking for the bank confirmation letter why is it so difficult to escalate the matter to the collections department to resolve the matter instead of trying to make yourself clean and good here whereas you have bad service I wanna to settle the account
