Cell C poor service

I have been a Cell C customer for many years , I have never had such poor service from Cell C Lakeside mall in Benoni. I took out a new contract Galaxy A55 and suppose to receive a free samsung smart watch. I have been waiting for my watch since the 14th October 2025. First excuse from Cell C ***eside was that the courier company could not find my address When I contacted cell c she Buli said the delivery is on the way and received a whatsapp screenshot from her. Waited for 2 weeks still no watch....got in contact with Buli and said it was sorted out.....again waiting....no delivery.....getting fed up now... Got in contact with Cell C now Samsung has no stock to deliver the watch Very fed up and a frustrated customer .it's been months now Richard Parker
