Cell c poor service
I had 2 contracts with cell c, 1 cellphone and 1 router. The router contract ended in March and then in may 2020 I settled the cellphone contract. I am yet to receive a clearance letter, I have called several agents and they tell me to wait because there is nothing I can do. I have downloaded clearscore to track this and both contracts are appearing as active and it is messing up my credit record. I am so frustrated and dissatisfied by cell c, honestly.
