Cell C poor service

Poor service with cellC switched my lines off they claim i did not pay but i sent proof of payment to them from January till June then i call them they say they will sent me an other email adress witch i never resived the proof of payments was even sent from 1 of there shops amd 1st time i called they sed it will be sorted in 3 days its a week now and no connection
