Cell C Poor Service

Good day!

In 2016 I took out an account(s) with Cell C.In 2017 I ran in to some financial difficulties.,which resulted in me not honouring the contract(s).The company proceeded to handover the accounts to a debt-collection company.I settled the account(s) in December 2018.I was then issued with a Paid up Letter in Jan 2019.Which stated that an instruction will be sent to all major bureaus for them to update their information.Out of the four that I know,I discovered that two had still not updated.I managed to put a dispute with one,it was a laborious process..In the process of this,they never responded to the bureau.The bureau had to judge to my favour since the stipulated time had elapsed.I still remain with one.And I fail to understand as to why I must be the one doing the running around.Trying to get through Cell C' s legal department is so strenuous and requires one to be loaded since you hold forever.However reading from other people's reviews it shows that the company cares about making money and they are clearly insensitive to the hassle they give the public.Can someone from Cell C dept contact me so I can have this resolved.
