Cell c poor service

I'm so disappointed with Cell c and very unhappy.

Okay 2016 October I went to brits mall cell c store I took out cellphone in contract which was for 24 months. I paid my contract with cell c 24 month without skipping any payment but I was surprised 2years goes by cell c never stop deducting money from my account.. well I didn't know that I must call them to cancel the contract it was never explained to me as a normal contract I know after certain period it stop as contract it was 24 months. I kept paying cell c another 4 months after 24 months I decided to call and ask why they keep deducting money the guy who was assisting me said I should have called and ask them to cancel my contract Well I didn't know as I was never told when I take out contract. Okay I said it's fine put me to cancellation department to càncel they transferred me I spoke with a guy who said my account is in arrears with 40 cent they cannot cancel I ask him to take that money in my account and cancel he said he is going to speak with his supervisor cause 40 cent it's not much. He came back to me and said the account is cancelled. That was in February. End of March they deduct money again now. I went to cell c store at brits mall I give them my story to my surprise they sayou my account is handed over to legal department how is that possible I ask they say I skipped payment. I called their head office in asked them to go in my account and check my payment history they say they can't go in cause it's legal account only legal department can assist me..I asked them to call legal department they say legal department is in strike...I call again head office i spoke with a guy he said to me they did not get payment in December January and February there was no authority to debit but they got it in March I ask where they they get that authority in March that they didn't get it in December January and February and they been deducting that money in my account and my contract of 24 month ended last year in October how is possible that they can hand over my account without even contacting me or letting me know of my account status I respected the contract agreement of 24 month I paid it all they have hand over my account because of the month that was not in contract without even contacting me. How is this possible? Now I have my name in legal accounts because of their poor system and bad customer service even during that contract they deducted more than agreed sometimes I never complainEd I'm very much disappointed with Cell c I wouldn't advice anyone to take out contract with them. But I'm not letting this go
