CELL C POOR SERVICE

I have been with Cell C for more than 20 years and it was an absolute pleasure for most of the time. Besides the almost 2 years with their GloCell that was actually horrific, the rest of the time I received statements on my accounts like clockwork.

For the past two months my experience has turned into a nightmare. Not receiving monthly bills regularly on the two service packages. Accounts have been running into arrears for services I did not subscribe to and so-called WASPS that claim money through Cell C. I have sent mails and phoned them without any assistance of note. The latest one is that according to their system I do not pass their security check to talk to me. Where can I get help from?
